Siapa yang nggak bisa keluar rumah sebelum ngalis??

Sebelum nikah aku nggak pernah pakai pensil alis, tp waktu pre-wed alis ku di rapiin sama MUA-nya dan bikin aku keliatan rada botak alisnya setelah bersihin make up. Sejak itu jadi pakai pensil alis dan ketagihan sampai sekarang deh.. malah jadi rutin juga rapiin alis sendiri (meskipun nggak sebotak itu)..

Anyway pensil alis yang sejauh ini pernah aku coba baru dari 8 brand, salah satunya yang akan aku review: Maybelline Fashion Brow Duo Shaper (di Negara tempat aku tinggal namanya Maybelline Brow Satin Define + Fill Duo -tapi sama kok produknya), aku pilih shade brunette karena sepertinya shade itu yang paling pas sama warna rambutku saat itu. Belinya karena kepepet (my current fave udah habis!). Langsung aja ya..

Review & Swatches: Juvia's Place Masquerade Palette (Bahasa Indonesia)

Godaan terbesar produk make up kedua setelah lipstick buat aku itu eyeshadow. Rasanya 1, 2 dan 3 palette itu masih kurang! Udah lama banget aku penasaran sama eyeshadownya Juvia's Place yang katanya pigmentasinya gilaseh dgn harga yg gak segila saingannya, tapi krn lagi gak kerja, ditahan-tahan deh.. sampai akhirnya datanglah Black Friday sale dan Juvia's Place juga ikutan diskon di BeautyBay. Karena aku belum punya eyeshadow yg warna2nya bold dan cenderung nyentrik, jadilah pilihanku jatuh ke Juvia's Place Masquerade Palette versi mini. 

Review & Swatches: Wardah Intense Matte Lipstick 02 Blushing Nude & 03 Peach Perfect

Kali ini aku mau ngebahas lipstick matte dari Wardah yang aku dapetin tahun lalu (yes, setelat itu reviewnya) tapi baru sempet foto2 swatchnya sekarang (padahal cuma 2 shade).

Dulu sebenernya waktu baru rilis pengen beli satu set dan bikin swatch video. Tapi apa daya yah, emang susah banget waktunya udah emak2, terus pas banget waktu Clozette Indonesia anniversary yang ketiga bagi2 diversi3 birthday box dan salah satu isinya adalah dua shade terpopulernya Wardah Intense Matte Lipstick: 02 Blushing Nude & 03 Peach Perfect.

Happy deh, pas banget pengen coba. Langsung aja swatch & reviewnya yes..

Review: Son & Park Face Lighting and Shading

In the beginning, I didn't plan to review Son & Park Face Lighting & Shading and kinda underestimated it, because I just don't have so much faith on Korean make up products besides their BB creams and the reviews aren't so good either, but it turns out way better than I expected and it's super underrated imo. So here I am using this contour cream duo for almost every time when I do make up on, and I thought I should share with you guys because I love how it performs so much. But however, I apologize for the used product in frame and the lack of its cardboard box which was thrown out as soon I decided to use the product.

I got it from special bundling box on Althea. This is my first and only product from Son & Park.

Happy New Year!!

It's officially my first post in 2018!

I know it's been a while.. I'm currently discovering more make up iso skin care, since I got sensitive & acne-prone skin which is already exhausted from swapping too much skin care products. I also started to vlog (please help to subscribe if you haven't ;)), and it's in Bahasa Indonesia, because I notice that I receive more pageviews from posting in my mother tongue. I'm also planning to post more in Bahasa Indonesia, but we'll see...

Anywayy.. In the beginning of my discovery in beauties, I love Korean Beauty the most (I still do though, but more likely in skin care iso make up). I also like the idea of how simple and multi tasking BB cream is, perfect for daily wear. And look at those pretty dewy looks on Asian! Who wouldn't want to steal them? Hence, I kept on having dewy look on my face until my bestfriend said that my face looks so oily lol. Then I tried to put some loose powder and poof.. apparently matte skin looks best on me, bcs I got oily and UN-flawless skin.. Since then, I stop believing in BB cream and moved on to mattifying foundation.

But when the BB cushions were happening, I was also curious and the thought of having mirror, BB cream and applicator in one item was irresistable (when you have baby / toddler, the chance of doing your make up in the car increased by 200%). But you know, I don't feel like having dewy which will turn to oily face and dull look on me, so I just suppresed my temptation, until I saw some BB cushions that designed for oily skin. Ok now there is quite a lot out there, but I chose W. Lab because it was in a special bundling package on Althea (on budget mode ON).

Lanjut dari postingan Sociolla Haul sebelumnya, aku mau review lebih dalam mengenai Maybelline Fit Me! Matte+Poreless Foundation yg berhasil aku beli di Sociolla pas diskon 50%, dan currently jd fave Foundie-ku.

Shade MAC aku NC25, dan Maybelline Fit Me Foundation ini aku pakai yang shade 120 (Classic Ivory), sempet mau beli shade 220 sih, tapi karena baca2 review kalo foundie ini oxidize, jadi cari aman deh.. Buat yg males baca tunggu videonya di youtube yaaa..

Nowadays, highlighter counts as a must have item in our cosmetics pouch. When I bought my first highlighter, I searched for an affordable option and since I have no idea what kind of shade would flatter my skin tone, I went for the palette one. Two palettes that caught my eyes were The Balm The Manizers Sisters and Sleek Solstice highlighting palette. I read the reviews and both are good, I finally chose Sleek Solstice because it got more shades and cheaper than the balm.

I have been sooo curious to try lippies from colourpop cosmetics for sooo long. But you know, I quit my job and I got lots of lippies (mostly in SIMILAR COLOR) in my drawer, so my hubby will look at me with hatred if I buy more lippies (even tho with my own money, that I earned by myself) so I held myself.. until I was in delivery room trying to give birth to my daughter. I really wanted to do natural birth, but sadly.. after 36 hours without any progress, my hubby encouraged me to do C-section instead. I was so afraid to die (srsly, I never had any operation before and once upon a time I ever had a super stupid wish that God would take me when I give birth -Lord, I am taking back my wish.. forgive me for being a super fool). Produk dari Polka Beauty sendiri saat ini baru lip lacquer ini, tersedia dalam 4 shades: Nude ‘Maraccas’ (kelihatannya neutral beige), Fuschia ‘Jingle Giggle’, Red ‘Get in the Swing’, dan Plum ‘Tambourine’, aku hanya punya 1 shadenya, yakni: Maraccas yang supposed to be nude, secara I’m a fan of nude lippies!

Kali ini aku mau (late) review salah satu produk kosmetik Indonesia: PURBASARI Lipstick Color Matte. Sebenernya aku udah nyiapin post ini dan udah took the pics sejak tahun lalu :’(, tapi karena aku pindah kerja ke tempat yang jauh dari rumah (2-3 jam perjalanan/ way) masih tetap lanjut kuliah en I got PREGNANT! Jadi kedelayed deh postingnya. Pasti udah sering dengar kan sekarang (I’m pretty sure udah gak diomongin lagi malah ^^;)? Warnanya yang pigmented, tahan lama, gak bikin bibir kering, tekstur flat matte plus harganya yang terjangkau banget (26 s/d 33 ribu rupiah) bikin lipstick ini rame banget diomongin para blogger waktu itu. Aku juga jadi penasaran deh untuk ikut cobain..

Awalnya cari-cari di supermarket gitu gak ketemu, katanya temen yang udah dapet duluan belinya di toko kosmetik lokal di pasar-pasar tradisional gitu atau di AEON Mall BSD. Tapi karena aku gak pernah punya waktu utuk ke pasar ya en AEON jauh banget.. cari on line dehhh. Harganya emang gak ada yang 26rb kalau online, jadi aku liat di Tokopedia yang paling murah 30rb langsung aku beli 4 deh. Aku beli warna-warna yang keliatannya aku bakalan suka dari swatches di beberapa Blog, yakni Purbasari Matte no 81, 88, 89 & 90.

Have you seen someone so pretty and have that flawless and glowing face (you thought at the first sight) without make up?

Nowadays the ‘no make up’ look is so happening, I guess that makes sense since the guys always blabbering that they dislike girls with too much make up and natural beauty is so sexy. That makes us wanna acquire that –the guys think as- natural beauty, which apparently requires about the same amount (or sometimes more) of make up as the full make up look LOL!
