Review & Swatches: Juvia's Place Masquerade Palette (Bahasa Indonesia)

Godaan terbesar produk make up kedua setelah lipstick buat aku itu eyeshadow. Rasanya 1, 2 dan 3 palette itu masih kurang! Udah lama banget aku penasaran sama eyeshadownya Juvia's Place yang katanya pigmentasinya gilaseh dgn harga yg gak segila saingannya, tapi krn lagi gak kerja, ditahan-tahan deh.. sampai akhirnya datanglah Black Friday sale dan Juvia's Place juga ikutan diskon di BeautyBay. Karena aku belum punya eyeshadow yg warna2nya bold dan cenderung nyentrik, jadilah pilihanku jatuh ke Juvia's Place Masquerade Palette versi mini.

Sebagus apapun eye make up, kalau punya kelopak mata yg turun atau biasa disebut hooded eyes kayak aku gak akan keliatan hasilnya. Kecuali pas merem ya.. tapi masa merem terus supaya keliatan eye make upnya :'D

Aku udah coba buat fake creases tapi karena jarak antara kelopak mata sama alis gak begitu jauh jadi gak bagus hasilnya.. karena itupun dulu aku jadi cenderung lebih sering pake matte eyeshadow supaya gak makin keliatan bengkak kelopak matanya. Tapi kan sekarang shimmery dan glittery eye looks lagi happening banget, sedih dong kalo aku gak bs ikutan applying those sparkling looks lol

Karena aku ngerasa masih punya kelopak mata, sebelumnya gak pernah tertarik untuk beli eyelid tape, tapi diinget2 waktu nikah MUAnya pakein aku eyelid tape dan kayaknya that was the only time that my eyemakeup was on point. Jadi aku mulai cari2 info lah ttg eyelid tape ini dan tertarik sama eyelid tape yg model lace karena gak keliatan dan juga (keliatannya) lumayan gampang dipakai, so after a few more researches aku tertarik banget sama Jacquelle dan kebetulan di sociolla jual, tanpa pikir panjang langsung beli deh.

If you have seen my UD Perversion Mascara Review, you might have noticed how short my lashes are. When my dad was young he was a handsome guy, he got nice eyes, lips and nose. sadly, the only thing I inherited from him are the short lashes *sigh* (well.. I can't remember myself without puffy eyes & dark circles. I've been working hard since 17 years old, and somehow I mostly got jobs that often made me work overtime, and by overtime I meant above midnight (there were times I overtime until 4 or 5 am, and got to work again 2 hours later). Then when I got normal working hour job, I took undergraduate study which gives me LOADS of assignment, then I got baby while still pursuing my bachelor degree. So yes, sleep deprivation is my daily meals.
